11/09/2008 14:56 | I am considering buying my first dressage horse and I was wondering whether anyone had noticed a difference in prices in the current economic situation? |
CentreLine 12/09/2008 14:23 | Not really. Iwas looking around a year ago and didn't have any luck so started looking again a few weeks ago so my experience is that over the past 12 months or so, there hasn't been a significant drop in prices. I guess it depends on what you are looking for though. |
jackie1 21/10/2008 08:39 | I've noticed that they seem to be holding their prices, I don't think they are selling so quickly though

equichoice 27/11/2008 14:22 | You'd probably find that buyers are more open to offers though, even if they don't advertise the fact. There are likely to be less buyers around and more horses on the market, so if you see a horse you like and turn up with cash available, you're more likely to get a bargain in this climate than in a stronger economy. |
