The FEI World Cup Dressage qualifier, starts with the Grand Prix on Tuesday 16th December, with 18 competitors from 12 Nations starting. Three of the top ten FEI world ranked partnerships taking part are: Adeline Cornelissen with Parzival (NED), ranked fourth; Anky van Grunsven with IPS Painted Black (NED), ranked fifth and Kyra Kyrklund with Max (FIN) rated eighth. The top 15 will then qualify for the Freestyle to Music phase on Wednesday 17th December.
Participation from Great Britain includes Laura Bechtolsheimer (Andretti H and Mistral Hojris, Richard Davison on Artemis, Carl Hester on Liebling II and Nicola McGivern on Active Walero. The remianing participants come from Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Poland, Sweden and the USA.
